Omron Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd. — bp monitor given for repairs and no response after one month

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally register a complaint concerning the unsatisfactory and deficient service I have experienced in relation to my Omron blood pressure monitor, model OMRON Hem7600T HEM 7600T Tubeless 360 (“Omron BP Monitor”).
Facts of the Complaint:
1. I purchased the aforementioned Omron BP Monitor through Flipkart.com on[protected].
2. Unfortunately, the Omron BP Monitor stopped working. Consequently, I submitted it for repair at your service centre on 9th July 2025 being N. *. B*****r & Co.
3. Despite the passage of a considerable period, I have not received any update or communication regarding the status of my repair request or the return of my Omron BP Monitor.
4. In an effort to obtain an update, I contacted the customer care centre on 7th August 2025. However, I did not receive a satisfactory response or any clarity regarding the status of my machine, except to contact the Thane Service Center (B$$A S******S).
5. Upon contacting B$$A S******S, I received no response other than being told they would check and revert, but no further communication has been made.
I kindly request you to urgently look into this matter and expedite the repair and return process. Please also ensure better communication with customers regarding their repair requests in the future.
