omsai traders — Vu65 new tv broken

I have purchased a VU 65”UT tv from omsai traders in Delhi. The tv was sent on time and the installation person came 10 minutes later.after finishing the installation when the person switched on the tv it was blinking and there was a horizontal line in the tv . He said it is a damaged piece and he requested the dealer to change it. However due to no stock the dealer forwarded the request to concerned vu area manager. Despite repeated requests by me and the dealer, the new tv is not coming and no proper status by the vu manager. I have Been promised 7-10 days replacement time starting 25 th june, 2020. Eagerly waiting for a quick response
