On The Shop — Refund not received.

Hi team,

I have ordered a couple of sarees from the below website and the total cost is rs. 1719.

I was delivered with a different product and hence requested for a refund.

I received a call from the number [protected], but he did not get proper details of my bank account.

He was very rude on call and now he has blocked my mobile number.

I tried accessing the website, and even the website is not accessible now.

Please check and assist.
