Onarrive Overseas Consultants — Unable to reach the consultants, no service and no response after paying the full service fee

My Name is Revathi and my husband is Leo, we have a little daughter. Me and my husband were aspiring to obtain PR visa from Australia and hence approached on-Arrive Consultancy. During the end of April They charged us the entire service fee of Rs 77000. All of a sudden they were not contactable and its been more than 3 months and there is no response from them. We had acquired personal loan to make this payment and paying interest for it every month. They neither provided service to us nor contacted us stating the reason for their action. We would like to get our amount back please.
