Iam writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a fraudulent and unregistered algorithmic trading service operated via a Telegram channel named '@one AI solution'. I came into contact with this channel on 17th May 2025 and was lured into subscribing to their service based on manipulated banners and false profit claims.
The channel falsely promises huge daily profits with minimal or no losses and uses deceptive marketing to trap investors. Based on these misleading assurances, I paid ₹46, 000 as a service fee. Additionally, I suffered trading losses of approximately ₹12, 000 while following their signals.
Upon realizing that their claims were fabricated and that the trading results did not match their promotions, I stopped taking the service. They have not refunded my money and continue to run the channel, misleading more users.
I have verified that '@one AI solution' is *not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser*, yet they are collecting money and offering algorithmic trading services. This is a clear violation of SEBI regulations.
I request to:
1. Investigate and take strict action against the operators of the Telegram channel '@one AI solution'.
2. Block or suspend their channel to protect other retail investors.
3. Initiate legal proceedings for running unregistered advisory and algo trading services.
4. Help recover the amount paid, if possible.
I am attaching proof including screenshots of their messages, payment details, and trading results for your kind perusal.
