One Assit — Insurance Paid but Claim had rejected by Insurance company

Dear Sir,
We purchased a product on AMAZON portal vide order number[protected] dated 15th September, 2021, we purchased insurance also along with this mobile from OneAssist Insurance company. Plan name is "One year Total Protection Plan" They issued an email saying that plan shall be automatically activated and no action required from our end. When we placed a request for insurance due to product damage (which is covered under Insurance) now they are saying "our plant is not get activated"
1. Whose responsibility is to activate it? 2. We requested Amazon people to tell to One assist that to recover our damange they are saying that its not their business. 3. Both people are cheating the normal Indian consumers. 4. They should be accountable.
