One Card Credit Card — Fraud: I have not applied and availed this credit card but is showing in my CIBIL score

HI Sir,
I have not applied and not availed the one card credit card. i
t is fraud happened by my identity theft. Because of which I have lost my valuable credit score. I have lodged complaint in Hyderabad Cyber crime police and police traced and arrested the seamster. Scamster convicted the offence, police filed FIR and arrested him.
I have shared FIR, Remand report and all the details to bank, still bank is calling and harassing me to repay the amount.
Please do needful.
Many times I have raised dispute with CIBIL.com but they are not removing it from my CIBIL report.
