I am writing this complain on behalf of my friend she has been harrist by the one car team over the repayment for a transaction which was made to book flight tickets via the Ease my trip app for Goair Airlines however the Go Air shutdown is operations and cancel the flight the same was duly highlighted to one card and ease my trip. Initially the one card team said that they will be following up on the refund via the visa team and any delayed payment charges will be duly taken care of by them - the booking which was made was for a round trip and hence it had 2 separate PNR attached my friend received the repayment against her one card balance payment only for one flight while the other still remains pending now one card has been harassing a her over the repayment of this pending payment even though it has been highlighted time and again to them via multiple mails and through calls which was made to her by one card representatives, please find here with the mail that she sent to one cad today while marking this co founder Mr Anurag Sinha and nodal officers after she received a threatening message by one card stating that day would send one of the men to her home address to collect the remaining payment

"This is absolutely unacceptable and up surd that I have to follow up on this issue. Please find the trailing emails below for your reference.

I have already specified earlier that that INR 14, 983 was spent on Ease my trip for flight tickets at GoFirst Airways who then suspended operations and I had requested the team at One-card to raise a rebate from Visa regarding the same.

In the trailing mail below, I had to reach out to several representatives of one-card over-phone and email explaining them the issue and that the same needs to be rebated. After multiple reminders and followups the same was raised and a time of 60 days was taken for the same with an assurance that all charges raised will be nullified once the rebate is approved. I was getting threatening calls everyday and had to explain to your team that my issue was under rebate from Visa.

I do not understand the following,

- why your team has not updated that my case was submitted to visa, and I was getting such threatening calls for repayment, without understanding that the product has not been utilised.
- there has been no response to my emails from past 45 days almost
- only INR 8400 had been released and the remaining amount was not and I had have been getting calls from one card where I have to explain every-time to your executive this issue.

Lately I have been getting threatening calls for repayment when I have neither misused the card nor utilised the services purchased by the card. I have ALWAYS been sincere with my repayments in case you want to check my history.

The rebate raised by your team was booked for only ONE way flight charges whereas I had booked a return flight. Hence the remaining amount also needs to be rebated.

I was referred by a friend about this card and it is my first time trusting in a credit card but the services are absolutely pathetic, your company’s VOC is nil and I am compelled to mark Anurag sinha in this email and share my experience since the team is not ready to resolve this issue or revert to my emails and just blatantly ignore and harass me by sending me threatening emails.

Kindly have the rebate raised with visa for the pending amount. "

Such treatment to the customers is absolutely horrifying and harrowing it is not only a mental harassment but also a demeaning act wherein you are humiliating somebody and threatening them.
