One-data Typing — Fraud taking money and not responding later.

I got this man Sanjay Jaiswal as he claims it is his company website providing data entry jobs, you have to fill 10 forms per day and will get Rs. 150 per form by 10 p.m. everyday. He was not ready to talk on call but when i insisted he whatsapp called me but i still managed to record our converstation with other phone. I asked about company's registration number and other details but he just said it is a service providing company and chanted the above stuffs. My mother said its 500 the security payment let's give it a shot and she paid the amount and submitted the screenshot and immediately an email comes saying they will get back to us and provided another number as helpline. This happened yesterday evening and Today no one is picking calls no one is replying to messages. I want to register a proper complaint kindly help with that. I have the website link all the phone numbers as well as our call recording and email address they provided.
