One Electric — 2w ev

I purchased one electric manufactured Ebike KRIDN in December 2021 and it’s seriously a nightmare and a disastrous product.
Very poor dealership network in Chennai and it’s surprising that not even a single Service Center is recommended by the OEM (One Electric). I have been reporting to the OEM that charger, Charging issues are there frequently. Not even a single service is done after completing 7K KMs. And worst part is am reporting this every month to the OEM / Manager Technical of One electric incharge from Pune but he is too busy with other issues.

Worst part is they are making me follow up so badly and there is no proper response.

Charger issue resolution time is 2weeks and i couldn’t use the vehicle until then, replacement had to come from Noida, Pune etc etc…
My 1st charger Replacement after so many follow ups came to me in June 2022 and looked exactly like the one dumbed in a waste paper mart and packed shabbily & shipped.
2nd replacement charger was brand new and it came after 10days and the representative made me pay for the shipment and that too is not working after few weeks o[censored]se.
When I call him for a resolution he says my electrical connection is flawed (Am clueless even after confirmation from an MEP consultant about my connection)
No proper technical team to resolve the issue.

I need help to find a service Center to service the bike regularly and help me with proper non defected chargers.
