We ordered medicines to One Health Assist for the Hyderabad team amounting to Rs. 20, 741/- as per your estimation. The payment was made through the wallet on 21.02.2025. However, medicines worth only Rs. 17, 597/- were dispatched, leaving a balance of Rs. 3, 144/- in the wallet.
Despite multiple calls to the Hyderabad team requesting either a refund of the balance amount or the dispatch of the remaining medicines, I have received no response. I kindly request you to fulfill my order as per the original request. If that is not possible, please process a refund to my account.
