I am surprised that my back panel got cracked and it has glass behind which is not proper worth 62000/-spend on such renowned company mobile phone
Upon it on same day we purchased two models of same version One Plus in family, we trust so we purchase, don't break our trust
As customer I truly wish complete replace of my phone or simply refund it, as from ages we purchase mobile from renowned licensed shop, we posses GST bill too, before we were using Samsung models but no such complains
Kind request to look into this matter with detail concern, we are this stage of social channels and inhouse influencer my wife request you to stop us from propoganda bad notes for One plus
