[Resolved] One Plus Mobile — Fraud and cheating | |||||
I have recharged 25 usd for south korea plan but not able to use even 1mb. I have tried my airtel slot also for which airtel data working satisfactory so i also tried on that working slots but still faild. I have sent so many mails and 4 days about this issue now m out of korea. As i was not able to use one plus data service so i requested refund and sent many mails to one plus but they didn't. I was in south korea for 4 days so i recharged 25 usd but its not activated. However i have done the procedure as given in email.so i sent all 4 days complaining the issue now i am in indian ocean so only talk on wts app or email.
As i departed from south korea so requested refund as i am unable to use even 1kb | |||||
