Dear sir,
Im using one plus 10 pro mobile since last two years, as sudden i got line issue which is commonly coming in every one plus mobile,
therefore i have visited one plus service centre which is in banjara hills, city centre mall, on each and every visit i ask for replacement or exchange my mobile with another one plus mobile as per company policy they are just saying we dont have mobile display or new mobile in our centre come again in next week, they ask me to give my number, mobile emi number, for contact me when stock comes but no one contacted me since 2 months every week im calling them and asking sir mobile display came or new mobile came for exchange they are saying no stock,
i have put 73000 rupees for taking this mobile on credit card, i cant afford to take again and again this much big amount mobile, kindly help me and take action against one plus company why they are doing fraud with customers, even custome care aslo dont have solution they are asking me give my mobile for 1 week to 15 days for repairing in another states. Please help me...
