I opted for porting from Vodaphone Mumbai to Airtel Gurgaon and applied on line. A person by name Joginder Singh came on 4/5/2016 took Rs. 500/- handed me a sim and receipt 500. He asked me to insert the sim after a week.He took a copy of my address proof and clicked photo of my Aadhaar Card for ID proof.I got a call from [protected] asking me to send my aadhaar card copy to [protected]@AIRTELWORLD.COM. which I immediately send him as attachment from my computer.The again I got a call from [protected] to send my detail on whatsapp. I again sent it by scanning it on my phone. I tried putting on my new SIM and nothing happened. On 15th May 2016 when I reinserted my sim my phone was activated as airtel no. but the balance which I was promised as Rs. 285 was only Rs.1.78.
I tried to contact Airtel grievence but with no positive result. I don't intend to recharge my phone till my this problem is solved.
The helpline no. given on the receipt is [protected].
The receipt dated 4/5/2016 has serial no.22437 and the book no. is 429. Their address is One point One Solution Pvt. Ltd.(Auth. Partner of Bharti Airtel Ltd.)339, Udyog Vihar, Phase 4, Gurgaon-122016(Haryana)
Kindly look into the matter.
