When I receive the call from Pavithra (Pavithra.[protected]@onearchwell.com) I told my salary expectations is 8 to 8.5LPA and she agreed and told she will arrange the technical interview and after my effort and hard work i was able to crack the interview and she send one mail, in that i need to upload my all confidential documents like aadhar card, pan card, all educational certificate, past experience certificate, salary slips and my pic, and she told she will release the offer letter, but after 3-4 days when i called then she turned and told she cant offer 8LPA, and i was shocked why she turned when she initially agree, when i again dropped the mail then she told you need to give another round for 8LPA for that also i agreed and that mail i received from her manager Sarah (Sarah.[protected]@onearchwell.com)
I told i am ready for another round but no response even from HR head.
This company just taking our confidential documents and doing fraud.
I need justice for this, and i need compensation
They cant do fraud with people and simply they just conducting interviews and took our data.
