I was in search for BSA cycle in Google Chrome, Oneninemall appeared with BSA mountain bike with the sign board of high discount more than 80% off in the result tab of my search in chrome. So I clicked on it where it showed the details about the product with couple dozen of people viewing the product at the same time was the information given there. I proceeded further more to buy the product and filled every column needed to be filled to place an order & paid the amount of ₹ 1499 from the account online as was the price of the product. Money deducted from the account & transaction complicated. I get very unusual tracking ID no which seems to me very suspicious. I decided to track my order but nothing appeared accept the notification showing that payment has been made. Then, I decided to read/ know more about the company which I find that Oneninemall is a online fraud company. My request to the government & to consumer department is that strict actions against these type of companies should be taken to ensure the consumers right. It will be very much helpful for me if my paid amount funded back to the same account through which transactions proceeded/ happened. Was this information helpful? |
