I had purchased a "Prestige Clean Home PSB 10 Plastic Magic Mop (Blue) ", 1 piece for INR 369, from oneninemall.com. The order id is 116747. Purchase date 6th Feb-2022.
I only received an SMS with the order number, but no email. The order status on the website shows "under process". However, When I have not received any response to my emails. Even there is no reply to the queries sent through the contact form on the website.
The phone number [protected] is coming as "switched off" everytime I am calling the number.
I checked on the internet and see that there are lots pf complaints of non delivery of ordered items.
