Onestopjobs — Work payment not received

I took typing project of 200 pages from one stop jobs in month of June. They took Rs. 1500 + 2000 from me for security purpose and i got the project which was for 15 days. Now after submitting my typing work they are not picking up my calls or replying to my texts. They also have to make my payment of Rs.21500 this is my work payment they are not responding at all. I am contacting to them via their email id and phone number. Its been over a month now I did not receive my payment.
