ONGC Delhi — Dell latitude 3440 not working

I Anuj Kumar Goyal, purchase a DELL latitude 3440 for my business purpose. last one year i am facing full problem with this system.

My express service code is [protected] and service Tag HZBH1Z1.

already three time system formatted and still same issues with system,
1.automatically hang,
2.some time key board not working.
3.taking more time to start..
4.start button also not working.
5. wireless device not search.

each and every time format the system.
you are requested kindly short out these issue or tell me solutions.
if the solution format so please send your executive to short out, because i am not an software / hardware engineer. three times already formatted.
