I am Bhagyashree one of the candidate appeared for ALL INDIA GT-2013 WRITTEN EXAMINATION, Roll. No. : [protected] (Reg. No. : ONGC259985). The refund money was sent to my permanent address. However, due to some miscommunication ( As it had only my name on the address the post man in my village had sent back the token to Dehradhun) the same is sent back to the Dehradhun District.
