I want to warn others about my experience with Onion Insights, a company that hires mystery shoppers. I completed an audit for them on 07.11.2024 and followed all the required steps, including submitting my report on time. However, despite multiple follow-ups, they have not paid me for my work. It has now been 3 months, and I have received no response regarding my payment.
This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If a company relies on mystery shoppers to gather valuable insights, they should at least honor their commitment and pay on time. Ignoring workers after the job is done raises serious credibility concerns.
I am sharing my experience to warn others who might consider working with them. If you are a mystery shopper, think twice before engaging with Onion Insights, as you might not receive your payment.
If the company sees this and wants to resolve the issue, I expect immediate payment and an explanation for the delay. Otherwise, I will continue reporting this to relevant consumer protection agencies and industry watchdogs. Was this information helpful? |
