I had the worst shopping experience with Online Fashion Feast. I ordered a watch worth ₹6000, and what I received was a broken and defective piece. The quality was extremely poor, far from what was shown online.
To make things worse, the email ID provided is incorrect, and their support team has not responded at all despite multiple attempts to contact them. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer care.
