Hi,
i came into contact with an online shopping for Punjabi suits and sarees on instagram and where the shopkeeper started chatting about the suits availability through Whatsaap. i chose 03 suits and shopkeeper asked me to pay 12, 000 for 3 suiis which i selected through pictures on social media and he advised they are all available. i checked for delivery charges and delivery timing. he promised me this will be charged Rs.500 and will reach my place (Amritsar) in a week's time. i checked with him for the payment he shared his online banking account. I made a payment to his Corporate bank accopunt - details attached and when checked for the dispatch of parcel, he blocked me. Also blocked me from Instagram and whatsapp. i have tried calling him from various numbers but all blocked by Prashant, contact number +91-[protected]. i made a payment of Rs.12, 500 on 14/06/2023 and he confirmed he had received the payment in his Corporate bank Account, Delhi branch (pictures attached) and will dispatch parcel soon and after that he never answered the calls and messages and blocked me. i then contacted the main owner of the shop who told me Prashant does not work with Dhir cloth house. please resolve the issue as i am facing a lot of trouble making up the money i lost in this transaction for the suit purchase for upcoming occasions.
