I had made online payment of rs.499 for my correction in pan and submitted application 15days back and made payment and sent the hard copy of the document through courier to online pan portal to the below mentioned address PAN Service Centre,

Pune 411030, Maharashtra,

They dont even receive calls and i am not sure whether its a genuine company.

I am planning to raise a complaint to consumer forum.

Is there any way to track these unprofessional buggers and recover my amount.i have payment proofs.
