The complain is against http://onlinerti.com/
I have applied for a first RTI appeal on 3rd April 2015 with the application number 57922
They keep on FALSE promising that they will draft the appeal soon and send it across.
But it has been almost a month's time passed, but they are not doing any progress to it neither they are replying to my emails.
They are not even giving me the refund as well.
I have paid all their fees already on time, but in reply I am getting nothing, i am not even getting refunds.
All my time looks like spoiled in waiting for their reply
This is absolute cheating and fraud to customers

got the refund
took very long time than usual but then somehow i have received the refund.
so the complain is resolved for now
