Shirts i received are totally different from the shirts i had ordered. Pattern as well as color of shirts are totally different. I had ordered plain shirts out of which one was white, one was cream and one was black. Shirts i received are red, green and purple shirt with chex shirts. Even quality is very poor. This is cheating with customers. They don't have any customer care number mentioned on website. No other mode of communication other than email. I even emailed them multiple times and everytime they have given same reply that "give us sometime we are checking with vendor". They very well know they are in fault and many customers like me might have faces same problem. Shirts are of so poor quality that i can't even give this shirts to needy people. I have attached photo of shirts which i had ordered and also photo of shirts i received. I already raised one complaint on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ but even they didn't received anything from this fraud company and they closed my complaint stating please contact consumer forum. Please assist me on this. This company should be punished legally.
