I have booked online delivery of cake to Jamshedpur on 9th July 2013 and delivery date was 10th July 2013. The site address is www.floralgiftstoindia.com and mobile numbers of this site are [protected] and [protected]. I have called so many times on these mobile numbers but no proper reply was given. I think this site is fraud. The member of this company told me that your amount will refund but my refund is not yet received in my account. So please help me out.

I have booked a combo gift of floor and cake for my daughter who stays at Gurgaon. Today is the delivery date ie 8th september 2013.
till 4.40 in the evening it was not delivered . Delivery status is showing processing.
The number [protected] is not responding . other no [protected] is switched off.
My Tracking ID is wyRo5sp.
Seems a not trusted fraudulent site. Going for police dairy.

Fortunately enough my consignment was delivered at 7pm. thru floworldonline.com.
my special instruction was not followed.

still showing on the tracking ...processing.
no one picked phone at customer care.
not a good online service provider.
better to avoid...else BP will rise.
