I ordered a gift on 26th january to b delivered on 14th feb in u.s. They charged me the money and provided me the order i.d But the gift is not delivered till now. And when i am trying to get the confirmation. They are saying the same reason from last three days that they havnt got any confirmation from their u.s team. Just the same thing is happening with me. I ordered the gift on 14th April and it is not yet delivered to u.s. whenever I am calling them they are saying that they have not not any confirmation from the U.S team. Are they really fraud? They only take the money and fail to deliver. this is ridiculous!

I have booked flowers and sweets (kazooburfi) to be delivered to my daughter at California, US on her birth day 4th JULY 2014. Though flowers have been delivered on 3rd July 2014. NO trace of sweets. When contacted their local Hyderabad office the lady at the desk has given me 31 digit number o[censored]SPS which could be traced to Dallas. I am not able get any up date on the issue. Please try to resolve the issue.
