Dear Concern,
I have placed an order in NEXT Electronics online store for HTC one X plus mobile phone. I paid the bill amount by net-banking and the same is confirmed by the store.
Order No. of my purchase is #[protected]placed on May 11, 2013 6:57:02 PM IST). I was promised that the product will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the day actual purchase was made. When i tracked the status of my order, i found that it is still as PROCESSING and they have not dispatched it yet. Please help me in getting the product ASAP.
