Royalimages.in — Amount deducted order not placed

Today morning i have placed an order for American tourister classic bag
through my HDFC credit card. An amount of Rs.1950 is been detected. But no
order is placed in royalimages website. Please help me with this. As i
called the toll free customer care and landline number provided

Both didn't gave me a proper response for my problem. please mention the
