[Resolved]  WatchKart — Faulty Product, Wrong Intention & Bad Behavior of the staff

I bought a TIMEX watch thru Watchkart site & it turned out to be faulty one on receipt of the same. I was asked to return the watch for the replacement which I did & even after 1 year things did not fall in place. Without even replacing the watch the order was surprisingly closed !!! (Proof for the same can be furnished)

Inspite of 11 Reminders reaching to Mr. Peyush Bansal, CMD, Mr. Amit- C.O.O.- [protected], things did not fall in place & what I got was Bad Behaviour, assurances & also an Apology letter accepting their mistake. It was sad to undergo such horrible experience with the organisation.

I would want that strong action be undertaken on online sites like these to deter them from Fraud with customers in the sake of customer confidence & credibility.
