Bluffing customers with different display images and delivering irrelevant products.

I've ordered 3 branded party wear denim shirts, xxl from the website onlinecombo.com which I was suggested on my social network website. I've placed an order on March 20th 2016(Screenshots attached) for an amount of Rs. 999.

Today(March 26th, 2016) I've received my order, which I've found totally poor quality shirts which seem to look like they're used ones.
As I;m aware of the return policy which mentioned that the product return request must be placed within an hour of delivery of the product. When I came to place request they've provided a form to fill the necessary details of the product purchase. I am done with the form and haven't received any kind of acknowledgement regarding the return ticket.
Even the website is provided with no contact number.

Please help me with this issue. And these kind of e commerce sites should be banned for such kind of cheating activities.
