Onlinejobworks — Refund issue

Hi Team,

I had applied for pay per click basic plan in June for this above website and paid INR 3500 and then i got a call saying that i need to pay with tax, so again i paid INR 4025 and later i got a call saying that i need to pay INR 10600 to link my OJW cash A/C with my personal A/C so till now i have paid total of INR 18125.
Then i got a call saying Basic plan is closed i have to take up Diamond plan.
When i said i dont want Diamond plan and repay back my money they are saying it will require 90 working days to refund and now the website is expired and there contact#[protected] is also not reachable.
I have attached the Acct# information to which i made the payment
