I filled out a form in the website Online legal India for a legal issue I was facing with an ecommerce platform and then I received a call from the Online Legal India representative after which they misleaded me with their usual pitch that I am liable to get upto 20K in compensation with the e-commerce platform I was having issue with which now I realize was just a sales pitch they pushed me to Pay 820 Rs/- as proceeding charges for their services which I paid and they provided me with some OLI Id OLI[protected]. After that they are just totally ignoring me and when I asked them for refund since they didn't really help me in any way their call representative behaved rudely and also used obscene language. Now tell me is this type of open fraud something to be ignored. Daily they are cheating thousands of people with false consolations and looting their money. First their call representative agreed on the refund but then they suddenly change their demeanor saying that they won't process the refund as they didn't fail to provide me the service.
