Onlineservices. Nsdl.com — Applying online request for a pan card does not work correctly. Amt is deducted but getting a message back.

same happened to me. I am attaching screenshot as well. To me it happened on 27th May. It seems https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html is fake site.

Same to me...I also applied to pan card but no reciet and my payment was succesfull but at e sign time it shows try again...

sir we have inform that i have apply for pan card on 23.10.2017 but some mistake to take printout of that application. that payment by my debit card, after some days we have not get any response by concern dept. Then we have check the status of our pan by coupon no.[protected] on dated 09.12.2017 where we got information in this reference that my physical document not receive in the same dept. after that we have take print of register application by my coupon no.[protected], and sent the same dept.
And now I'm checking my pan status by coupon no. other name is showing in the same place, where My name was.
I have take screenshot at that time of application when I have fulfill my details in the same manner.
So I want to know that my application coupon no. is allot to other person how?
