I used NSDL website for a new PAN card on 10th OCT 2023 online on NDSL website.
I got the temporary token number - [protected], and then filled all fields and at the final page went to pay the fee by online payment through Bill Desk and internet banking.
After making the required payment, the amount got deducted from my bank account but when redirecting back to NSDL web site, got the below error message:
"Your Previous payment request has been cancelled. Your Money will be refunded back. Kindly make another fresh payment."
payment failed time so paid (Rs.106.90- pan fee for overseas address)
there no track of the failed transactions or the refund of the money.
All I can see is in my bank account the below failed transaction

Description: BIL/[protected]/pan_application/NSDLPAN
Amount: Rs. 106.90
