On 5th february i purchased an item of clothing from only.in. Order #only00039549. The garment was the wrong size so i raised a return request. From 9th february i tried to raise a return request several times but was unable to do so. Calling their customer service helpline was of little use. Each time they put me on hold for 15-20 minutes till i finally hung up. After 3 or 4 days i finally managed to get in touch with them, but still, it was of no use since they said the return request had to be raised online only. Finally, on 16th february, i managed to raise a return successfully. My return garment was collected on the 18th of february. I was supposed to get my refund within 5 days, but since then the money has not been credited to my account. I have made endless calls to the company via the helpline but nobody receives the call. I claim damages not only for the cost of the garment but also the harassment this company is making me go through. Was this information helpful? |
