Only Valley — Product sent seems used and is damaged

I had ordered a 32, 000 mah power bank with free i7 wireless headset through the website www.onlyvalley.com on 1 oct 2020 and was prepaid. I had recieved this package from radiant international express on 5 oct 2020 evening and the box it came in was damaged. But when my daughter opened the package the power bank and the headset looked used and was not working. Then i attempted to log in to the website but it is now not available. Also they have mentioned a return adress as 5a, l, b lane kolkata - kolkata - 700002.
