Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention a case of fraud perpetrated by the website Onmob.in. The website engaged in deceptive practices by accepting payments for products they never delivered. Here are the relevant details:

2. Transaction Date: 15 April 2024
3. Payment Method: Paytm UPI – Amount sent to UPI linked account of seller (BOI – 0648)
4. Amount Paid: Rs 200/-
5. Product Ordered: Parker Quink Accessories Vector Spare Nib Fountain Pen
6. Order ID : 21196

Chronology of Events:
1. I placed an order on Onmob.in for the specified product.
2. I made the payment via Paytm UPI as instructed.
3. Despite repeated follow-ups, the website failed to deliver the product.
4. Their customer support was unresponsive, and no resolution was provided either by their customer support no i.e.[protected] or by their email i.e. [protected]@onmob.in
5. Also I called Mr Prashant Gajanan Relekar on his mob no. [protected] in whose account the online payment has gone, but he did not respond.
