I got a call from onway solution companies and, they explained about a work which is as follows
I. Availability of data the first party will provide 300 image files of work per registration to the second party through e-mail. The second party will then do data typing into the notepad as required by the first party and the work should be delivered sending the notepadzip-file by e-mail.

Ii. Tat (Turn around time) the second party has 7 days (Include holidays) to complete the new work and second party has to send it to first party via e-mail. The first party shall give an accuracy report within 3-4 working days for the new work, after submissions as per technical specifications which are included in this agreement with accuracy.

Iii. Agreement period this agreement is valid for 11 months only if the work is completed as per the terms. Else the agreement will be terminated at any period of time if any breach of clause is found at any point of time during the agreement period.

Iv. Page qty 300 pages, max rate / per page 120rs. Tat time 7 days.

So i agreed to work and he said to me that if you agree with our work so you have to be sent your id proof and then i send it on whatsapp no. [protected] and after then he sends an agreement. Then i read the agreement so i knew that i have to pay 9800/- to start the work. But he doesn’t say on telephonic communication. So after then, i said to no i don’t want to work because they do not share full information.
So he said to me sir agreement was ready. So you have to be start work. And after then i got a call by advocates and pressurized for doing payments and he said i[censored] don’t pay then i have to issues the legal notice. And they send the legal notice on my mail. And they are calling, again and again, saying that you still have time, if you do not give money, then we will have to send legal notice to your house. And saying that if you do not reply to the legal notice, you will remove the warrant in your name, then you will have to come to our office and reply.
