Operi Curry Point — this business disappointed me again. | |||
First of all their ZakasFoods disappointed me some months back. Their other outlet called Operi Curry Point disappointed me again recently! I occasionally visit Operi Curry Point in Pimple Saudagar. Recently I visited it hopefully looking to pick up something. Then I ordered one sprouts curry small. The person on the counter surprised me. He only poured the top curry into the bowl. There was no sign of the grains of the sprout. What he was supposed to do is mix it well before serving and then serve a well-balanced quantity of curry + sprouts. An assistant did indicate to him that he is doing it wrong, but by then I as a customer has already lost whatever little bit credibility that was left! I canceled the order and left the place. Before you put your employees before a customer, train them well. Have better policies and be consistent. Once when I ordered kofta (small) one time you offered 3 pieces another time the person said only 2 will be offered. I know one disappointed customer does not affect your profits at all. But surely there’s something fundamentally wrong with Indians especially the way they do business and take customers for granted. You have a huge opportunity for improvement, it’s up to you to capitalize it or not. Was this information helpful? | |||
