I have been receiving a call from Snapdeal Social Media Cell after every 2-3 days. Their only excuse is that they are not able to arrange for courier to pick up the faulty Oplus phone. As previously stated by me, the Oplus mobile was purchased from Snapdeal in November 2014 and it stopped working in July 2015 (within warranty period). Both Snapdeal and Oplus promised for pick-up of faulty phone through courier but it has not happened during last 2 months.
The excuses being offered by Snapdeal:
1. The courier service for delivery and pick-up are different
2. The pick-up courier service for your area is not available.
3. We have advised the Courier service - unfortunately they have been delaying the process.
4. Allow us 4-5 more days, we shall arrange for pick-up.
5. We shall manage manual complaint booking and pick-up will be done.
Now I fear that Snapdeal will spend two more months will similar pretensions and excuses and the product warranty will be over.
I am planning to file a petition in consumer court latest by next week.

I sent the Oplus mobile to the address, as stated in an email of Snapdeal, on 30th September 2015.
On tracking the courier dispatch, I learnt just now that "Shipment Returned due to Receiver Shifted."
Please see the snap-shot of courier tracking - anyone can do it again.
In not this a malicious act of Snapdeal!!

I sent the Oplus mobile phone again (3rd time) to a new address provided by Snapdeal through Speed Post (India Post) . It (Receipt EW[protected]IN) returned back to me again due to non-delivery.
Whether Snapdeal is a fake organization or it fakes it's address!
My request for full refund of Oplus price (Rs.7999) under warranty has not been addressed so far.
