I placed an order on 11th May 2025 through a website called Opotree, which I accessed via an Instagram advertisement. I prepaid an amount of ₹559.20 for the product. The order confirmation email I received stated that the delivery was expected by 23rd May 2025.
However, today is 26th May 2025, and I have not received the product. I have also tried replying to the order confirmation email but have not received any response. Additionally, there is no contact information provided on the website, nor any way to track my parcel.
