It is basically a fraud company. They screen profiles in naukri or other job portals and then email them about high profile jobs, but never provides proper job description or company name.. You can not even apply online or through email... Actually there are multiple websites with different names like zabava, but they are same people, directors are also same... The website is also very basic.. Once you go to their office, they provide so many promises and ask for money. I gave money with some written and verbal commitment, just for curiosity. After getting money, they never take calls or call back... There is zero service. Even they organize fake interviews with fake company names... I have all proofs... They keep on asking money for different different services... Pathetic people! Just like beggars... The front-ending people are ladies to increase the trust... Unfortunately they are someone's mothers and what education they provide to their children!!. Anyway, they provide a login id and jobs should come there.. But almost nothing comes or some fresher's jobs come from fake companies. They also have refund policy... If you ask for refund, they become shameless... They promises, but never keep promises.. I actually fought for one such organization and got refund... They amount doesn't matter... It was just for justice... This optegic people are more unprofessional and thick-skinned... I am still to get my money back from them because of time constraint.. The amount is not so high that you will go to police and take the hassle... This is intentionally kept like that. So that people will not do anything even they are cheated. I have even recorded their promises and conversation. I have all the proofs.. These people are just cheaters, beggars, shameless creatures!! Some names are sanchita, ananya, sreenjani... All these women are liars, money-sucker... Shameless... I've received an invitation to appear in an interview for some high profile position from OPTEGIC HR SOLUTION through timesjob.com. If they r fraud people then I should not attend.

It's better not to, lest you are defrauded.

Their main fake company is cis group, johnson group etc...
I don't know after such types of repeated offences how they are surviving...

Mam, I have someting to ask you. Did this people send you some where for interview. Please let me know. Actually they had sent me to a office for interview and told me that the interview was fine and now I had to sit for a psychometric test and the I have to pay Rs. 11000/- for the test.

It's a clear fraud. They invited me for interview, with company called Johnson Controls which is a big MNC, on appointment sheet they wrote Johnson group, whose website and address is totally different. They took registration fee around same.
To top it when you reach address of Johnson group, 9th floor, Acardia building on Camac street - there is no such company, rather closed office of Regus.
Some fraudulent man under pseudonym Mr Johary (ridiculously copied from Johary window concept) with good oratory skills conducts the interview and then sends back to optegic for next round of psychometric test. (psychometric tests are usually first rounds, not last).
It doesn't end here. Then they say you need to pay 10, 000+ GST for the test upon reaching office, not before, which will be reimbursed with first salary and the test has lifelong validity and certificate must be put laminated on wall.
Luckily I saw through their bull crap and didn't pay. They name the test as Behavioural Aptitude Test. (Which btw, is available for free online).
Rubbish!!! They need to put their foolery and scam warning on the wall.
All their good reviews online are fake too as none have a LinkedIn profile.
They are fake top to bottom. The lady Saumya looks so fake. They are psychopaths who mirror you.
Hope they get raided and dragged to jail asap for fooling innocent people in times of Corona.

It is basically a fraud company and no doubt about it. They took money and organised fake interviews with so called HR managers in the name of MNC like CIS, Starlite etc. Interviewers asked for some test like BAT, PAT, psychometric test etc in first round of interview and send back to Optegic HR solution. Salt lake Kolkata for the test which is abnormally charged. They are not ready to accept test certificate from any other agency which clearly indicates that they also have share of money which is charged for the test.
All the people in the whole process should be behind bar for cheating innocent people for fake promise by local administration. Please don't give money to any person of the Optegic HR solution for registration or test fees as per requirement of interviewers.

I have the exact same experience. Paid money for a psychometric test. I have the credit card receipt. Is there a way to get the money back?
