[Resolved]  Optimal Transnational — They are fake and not giving the salary of last month

Optimal Transnational is a fake company which was registered before as One Touch Solution but they did unethical work due to Ronnie Davis or Rahul Arora, He is the person who is responsible for all unethical work. He make fool to new candidate to join OTPL and after that he fired them on behalf of client and make fake commitment to employee about notice period, He forced employee to write the paper on behalf of his condition forcefully, Its a disaster to a employee when he lost the job and didn't get any document and salary for last month with in fake commitment. I was also one of them who suffered with same situation above. I can advise to any one please never join OTPL or Optimal Transnational Pty Ltd, They make fool to all unknown guy. Thanks

Look at your sentence and word formation mate. What do u reckon a company shall pay u of[censored]r salary for the loss they have incurred by appointing u ? naah no one shall do it. Your wordings "MOST O[censored]S WHERE FIRED" on the first basis is grammatically incorrect rather being "MOST O[censored]S WERE FIRED" ! I dont think any one being in Australia shall speak or write in such a format u were chucked out the first day of the job and the above line o[censored]rs make absolutes sense.False experience was caught and then doom. And u know what before commenting OPTIMAL TRANSNATIONAL or its sister concern based in AUSTRALIA get ur facts right mate. A company which has always made a coal into a gem should not be criticized. Unethical work shall never be granted in any of the companies you have stated above and also if it would have been then that person shall be fitted with legal actions and also would have left behind a bad mark on his character which would have spoiled his or her career or even behind bars which u never know.

Its easy to comment but being on the side of a director or the owner of the company it is a big loss to the organisation and also the other employees who work hard and give their best. His one act would have prove more than expensive for the rest of the employees.

Thanks for posting this against Optimal Transnational which is not 1touch solutions for your information. Let me open the world's eye towards your integrity and actions when you were a part of Optimal Transnational. For the world to know, Sushant was caught approaching Optimal's client to work directly with him which was a breach of his employment contract and Optimal has the screen shots of his Skype conversations with the client. It was the client who reported this to Optimal as this was a part of the agreement between Optimal and the client. Sushant was also caught doing freelance work during office hours, compromising on the client's work and Optimal and the client has the screen shots. Sushant was terminated on integrity grounds and was escorted by Security guards from our Indian office as Optimal is paranoid on security and never allows its clients to get impacted because of these reasons. Sushant was a disaster in terms of performance and integrity both which he compromised for extra money. Optimal will never recommend him for any employment opportunity to anyone and has already started the legal proceedings against Sushant which any good organisation will get to know through their third party verification process. No company will pay a month's salary to an employee like him and we did the same.

Doesn't suit a Vice President-IT to post such comment "No company will pay a month's salary to an employee like him and we did the same."

Any reputed company will sack an employee for such deed but will certainly pay for whatever the days employee worked. If you say No Company will pay then I should say you haven't seen the industry.

Lemme give you the list of company who will pay even one day Salary :

Also hereby I no where mean to say that the employee was right, he was correctly sacked but being a HR Professional payroll part was incorrectly presented.

Also there is just one way of getting this removed and that is to settle this dispute with the employee as only he can login from his ID to delete it
Thanks for your advice Peter. Things work differently in India as integrity is of prime importance before you pay anyone or have any kind of relationship. If an organization suffers a loss of $100000 because of an employee's integrity then all the more it has rights in India to sue the employee which we did not do, so in that case he was lucky as he would be earning now to pay us the money.

We are keeping a constant eye on Sushant and will be reaching out to all companies to inform them, the moment we get to know his current employer.

Anyway, being Vice President it is my duty to bring the truth in front of the world.

We all sign contracts stating it was casual, 1 month probation, but it was all a lie. We did 1 day of work. Good leadership would be too coach, train and help your employees grow. Of course the 1st day is going to be hard, but u fired most o[censored]s. Rosey jumped on the phone and even she found it hard to make appointments.Do not work for these people. Aussies please be aware of this company.
I have worked for optimal transnational Melbourne Australia for quiet some time now and I would like to list why i think they are a excellent company to work for keep in mind i do not hold a high position or anything I am just an agent but part of a team.
1. Management is excellent and are soo willing to work with u as much as possible and give you many chances.
2. They DO NOT sack people for no reason i was there the day when those people got fired and even i could see some of the new people doing things like going on facebook whilst on calls not focusing on their job or they couldn't just grasp the job.
3.They are happy to work around you if you need time off for personal reasons they are more than happy to accommodate with no trouble at all.
4.Management are nice n they do not put loads of pressure on u or intimidate un like some other management that I have had in previous workplaces.

The list could go on but I am typing on my phone what I am saying is they are excellent n it is by far the best call center working environment EVER! the team is awesome and to be completely honest if any ex employees have anything negative to say about them no offense but good luck finding better management.
This is totally a fake and fraud company..few months back i was joined this organization.
they have the policy of no leave within 30 days..but i needed to take a leave due to medical reason only for one day..they terminated me without giving salary ..even after giving the medical document.they are not agreed to mention the medical reason on the termination letter..
Whatever may have been the matter.I know that Ronnie is not a good human .I used to consider him as my mentor /guru even after being a part of OTS for just 2 months but his careless attitude makes him a bad person.

If i talk about the situation, after listening to all this every job seeker would never want to join such an organisation.It sounds worrying.
Its not fake, but yes they don't have stability they can fire at any point of time, worst management system, after getting on the floor they will expect you to deliver with quality on the call and if you fail they will issue CAP and within 15days you will be fired. If you didn't perform till 3days they will mark as half day for the whole month.
A BIG NO for this company (Optimat Transnational)
