I filed my ri claim along with hospital icps and previous hospitalisation history, aware that claims team will ask for them as claim value is over 1lac.in spite of that senselessly they've moved my claim for investigation.
What are they trying to prove through investigation, check if patient was admitted and verify icp. Which is already provided.
I'm insurance broking, aware of the process had provided all necessary documents.
Tpa foolishly is delaying my claim settlement.
