Oracle — Send otp to registered email id

Hi team,

I am using icici bank account for the past 10 years, currently i am living in usa and my indian registered mobile number is not working for accessing online banking transactions via otp. Below mentioned suggestion is not working and so many customers are still facing the same issue.

Customer service officer suggestion:

Dear mr. Chintala,
We understand your concern.

To update the new international mobile number in your account, we request you to send a duly signed request letter along with a self attested photocopy of your passport as a photo id proof to the below mentioned address:

India

We request you to mention your name, account number and mobile number with country code in the request letter.

If the letter is sent through courier, it will be delivered within 7 working days. Once the letter is delivered to the department, international mobile number will be updated within 2 working days.

However, the receipt of alerts on international mobile number depends on the support extended by your service provider.

Please note that due to security reasons we have discontinued mobile number registration/de-registration/modification through customer care and internet banking. We also regret our inability to process your request through e-mail/fax mode for requirement of physical copy of signed letter.

Never share your card number, cvv, pin, otp, internet banking user id, password or urn with anyone, even if the caller claims to be a bank employee. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorised access to your account.

Please suggest me the way to get the otp to my registered email id.
