Extremely unprofessional service and rude behaviour. I had my laptop for servicing but instead it caused the same issue and damage again within just couple months. When I went to ask about the warranty, the technician used abusive language and refused to help. I stayed polite, but they were completely uncooperative. Also as I am a minor, the shop technitian was using abusive language to me. I also have their service and warranty bill of laptop as proof. Would not recommend this place to anyone — please go to an authorized HP service centre instead and don't waste money... Was this information helpful? |
