We booked Honda Activa 6G on 29-May against a full down payment. The store manager - Shrinivas told me the vehicle will be completely ready and will be delivered in couple of hours with all the accessories fitted. On the same day when I went to pick up the vehicle was informed the seat cover, footrest will be fitted by Tuesday -2 Jun since the stock was not available. They also just put the foot mat without fitting and it was loose. I never got any follow up call on Tuesday and waited till Thursday 4-Jun however when I called the manager - Shrinivas he did not receive my calls couple of times, after a few attempts he finally picked up the call and mentioned all the documents are ready and I can come to pick it up the same day, I mentioned will come on Saturday. After reaching there I realized that all registration related documents were not ready and was asked to come again on Monday. I told them that this cannot be possible as we are working and we cannot keep coming back or following up again and again. I was made to wait there for a few hours to just get the cover fitted, in addition was told that the footrest will be sent to home by service guy and will be fitted there. It is now another one week that there has not been any follow up neither the service provided. This is extremely pathetic experience I have ever had and will complaint online as well against Mr Shrinivas who made high promises and under delivered. I need a resolution and my complaint addressed at the earliest without any further delays. I fail to understand why there are such low standards of service
